Here is one add-on for your website that you might not want to miss out on. A contact page that allows for upload and email attachments.
You upload the Flash file and the two accompanying PHP files to your server. Make a small change to the PHP code to adjust the script to send email to your onsite email address. Once loaded, visitors to your site can upload files and send them as an attachment in an email to you, the webmaster.
